Where does Lord Byron Distillery ship to?
We currently ship our premium spirits Australia-wide. Please note that someone over the age of 18 must be present to sign for the delivery as per local liquor licensing laws.
Are your spirits sustainably produced?
Yes, we are committed to zero-waste distilling. We use 100% renewable energy and source local ingredients to ensure our production process is as environmentally friendly as possible.
Can I visit the distillery for a tasting?
Absolutely. Our cellar door in Byron Bay is open for tastings, tours, and gin-making masterclasses. We recommend booking in advance via our website to secure your spot.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your order arrives damaged or leaked during transit, please take a photo and contact us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund immediately.
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time, we only ship within Australia. However, we are looking into international distribution options for the future. Stay tuned to our newsletter for updates.
Are your products gluten-free and vegan?
Most of our spirits, including our rums and gins, are naturally gluten-free and vegan-friendly. We do not use animal-based fining agents in our distillation process.
