When we empty our Pure Single Rums from the barrels we refill them with 5 year old Australian Tawny from South Australia. The Tawny soaks up the residual rum left over in the barrel timber to enhance an already delicious tawny. 

A seriously big and inviting nose of rum-soaked raisins, dark chocolate, and leather. This is a great 5yr old tawny and is far too easy to drink. It is rich and sweet across the palate. The finish is long, lingering and luscious.
